Christine Cooper is managing director and chief U.S. economist at CoStar Group, providing insights and analysis of national and regional macroeconomic conditions, and overseeing senior commercial real estate analysts across the nation.

Before joining CoStar, Christine led the Institute for Applied Economics at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, producing numerous studies and presentations for government agencies, industry leaders and legislative bodies. She has been a lecturer at California State University Long Beach, Pepperdine University, and at the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy.

She holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Southern California with research emphasis in economic development and institutional economics.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of full conference registrants received after Monday, February 19, 2024, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Nonmembers substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. Cancellations received after Monday, March 4, 2024, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events (tours and I.CONNECT) are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices should be sent to education@naiop.org.
