Code of Conduct

NAIOP is dedicated to providing a positive and harassment-free event experience. Harassment of event participants through the conference platform or any other channel is prohibited and may result in removal from the event. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of NAIOP staff immediately.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of full conference registrants received after Tuesday, September 26 , 2023, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Nonmembers substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. Cancellations received after Monday, October 9, 2023, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events (tours) are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices should be sent to or faxed to 703-904-7003.
