Nick Aileo serves as director of acquisitions for Wharton Equity Partners and is responsible for the sourcing and execution of the firm’s industrial acquisitions and development opportunities. Before joining the company, he was a member of the acquisitions team at Saxum Real Estate. He began his career in investment sales with Avison Young, focused on multiple asset classes within the Philadelphia market. Aileo received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University.

Kelly Beaudreau-Hwang is a licensed architect with over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of project types. Since joining BL in 2017, she has been entirely focused on industrial architecture. Beaudreau-Hwang is responsible for the large-scale portion of BL’s industrial projects and has been responsible for more than $65 million in projects. Matt Brodnik is Chief Investment Officer for EQT Exeter's North American industrial real estate investment platform. Brodnik joined Exeter Property Group, now EQT Exeter, in 2008. Prior to joining EQT Exeter, he worked as director of finance for Preferred Unlimited, a commercial real estate and mining investment firm based in the Philadelphia Area. Prior to Preferred, Brodnik was part of the healthcare real estate consulting team at Hammes Company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Economics from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Political Science from Villanova University.

Kate Nolan Bryden is a senior vice president at MRP Industrial and is responsible for new project pursuits, land entitlements, due diligence, and project management development activities in Maryland. She has nearly 20 years of experience in industrial real estate development having managed over eight million square feet of ground-up development in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining MRP Industrial in 2017, Bryden served as principal of AMK Partners, development manager at Ryan Development, and project engineer for The Whiting-Tuner Contracting Company.

She serves on NAIOP’s National Board of Directors and the NAIOP Maryland Chapter Board of Directors in addition to several philanthropic boards. Bryden holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a MS in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

Chris Copenhaver is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial and logistics service line and co-lead of the company's food and beverage advisory group, specializing in representing owners and occupiers of industrial real estate with a concentration in food production and refrigerated distribution centers. He leverages Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate services platform and the food and beverage advisory team to execute client requirements throughout the U.S. in primary and secondary markets.

Amy Curry is Chief Strategy Officer of Dermody Properties with responsibility to drive growth in the company’s existing and future development and joint venture platforms. She is a member of the Dermody Properties Executive and Investment Committee and brings with her approximately 22 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Curry was an executive vice president for Hillwood where she held multiple regional leadership roles sourcing and stabilizing industrial joint ventures, developments and acquisitions. Curry has held board member positions on the Georgia chapters for NAIOP, CSCMP and CCIM. Beth Demba is the head of capital deployment in the East region at Prologis, focusing on the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada. Demba was previously a managing director at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) overseeing the industrial and data center business across the U.S. Prior to joining CPP Investments, she was a managing director at Hines and spent ten years in portfolio management for a series of closed-end value-added office vehicles. Demba spent four years in equity research, having worked for Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Credit Suisse. She graduated from Smith College with a BA in Economics and received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Demba is a member of New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX), NAIOP and a council member of the Urban Land Institute.

Lisa DeNight serves as managing director of national industrial research at Newmark, where she oversees Newmark’s full suite of industrial research offerings and focuses on timely thought leadership and data analysis. Based in Miami, Florida, DeNight frequently speaks on topics related to industrial real estate for national audiences and publications.

Dave Fazekas is a partner and head of Ares Industrial Management (AIM) in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Fazekas is also a member of the Ares Real Estate Global Investment Committee, the Combined Industrial Advisors Committee, and a director on the board of ARES Industrial REIT. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a senior managing director, Chief Investment Officer, Industrial, at Black Creek Group. Fazekas is a member of NAIOP and the New York University Real Estate Alumni Association. Erik is focused on executing real estate industrial capital markets advisory services across his firm’s global platform. He is proven leader with over 25 years of experience and $10 billion in completed transactions, including dispositions of multi-market portfolios, global logistics properties and sale-leasebacks of corporate owned industrial facilities. As the head of industrial capital markets, he leads Avison Young’s national team that represents institutions, private equity, developers and privately held commercial investors in diverse industrial assignments that spans the entire industrial asset lifecycle, from early-stage advisory and development equity raises, to asset disposition.

Brandi Hanback has a direct leadership role in overseeing the company’s national development platform, focused on increasing activity in existing markets and expanding into new markets. She also oversees the company’s longstanding Foreign Trade Zone division, which consults with tenants and clients on complex international trade, logistics and customs matters. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2003, Hanback was a senior manager and area leader at KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C. Justin Horowitz works at Cooper Horowitz, a family-owned capital markets advisory firm, where he specializes in debt and equity placement throughout the country. Prior to Cooper Horowitz, Horowitz worked at Savills Studley on the New York investment sales team, and worked at Brickman where he focused on the management and leasing of their New York office portfolio.

Sonya Huffman is Link’s chief administrative officer, responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the company’s nationwide portfolio of real estate assets. She directs critical firm-wide priorities including property management, customer experience, sustainability, transactions, customer onboarding and people operations.

Prior to the formation of Link in 2019, Huffman served as managing director of operations at Gramercy Property Trust, an investor in and asset manager of industrial and office real estate, for more than eight years. She previously held the role of senior vice president of operations at American Financial Realty Trust and began her real estate career with Rite Aid Corporation.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and is the executive sponsor of Ascend, Link’s women’s empowerment network. She is a mother of five and, when not working, spends her time promoting autism awareness, baking, exercising, and enjoying her family.

Ryan Kavanaugh is a vice president within J.P. Morgan Asset Management Real Estate Americas, where he is responsible for acquisitions across asset classes in the northeast and the platform’s IOS programs nationally. Additionally, Kavanaugh supports the platform’s efforts to evaluate and identify alternative or emerging strategies. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2015 and has held various positions across asset management and acquisitions.

Dan Kennedy serves as CEO of the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP where he oversees all operations. He also serves as executive director of NJ Developer's Political Action Committee (DPAC), which works to generate contributions to help support those legislators, candidates and public officials who understand the vital contributions the commercial real estate development industry makes to communities throughout New Jersey, and the state's overall economy. He is a licensed professional planner with a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers’ Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Delaware.

Robert Kossar is the market leader for JLL’s industrial business in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Southern Connecticut. While brokerage is his primary focus, Kossar is also responsible for “One JLL” in the region, which brings together Brokerage, Capital Markets, Workplace Solutions, Property Management and Project and Development Services. Kossar is the chairman of the Industrial Executive Committee for the Americas, focused on industrial brokerage vision while defining objectives and outcomes for future growth and innovation in the Americas. Greg Lindsay is a generalist, urbanist, futurist and speaker. He was most recently an urban tech fellow at Cornell Tech’s Jacobs Institute, exploring the implications of AI and augmented reality at urban scale. He is also a senior fellow of MIT’s Future Urban Collectives Lab, a senior advisor to Climate Alpha, and a non-resident senior fellow of the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Strategy Initiative. He was previously the urbanist-in-residence at URBAN-X — BMW MINI’s urban tech accelerator — the director of applied research at NewCities, and founding director of strategy at its mobility-focused offshoot CoMotion. Greg is a two-time Jeopardy! champion (and the only human to go undefeated against IBM’s Watson).

Michael Nachamkin is an Ohio University graduate with a degree in music (1976). Since 1983, he has made a career in the industrial real estate industry early on in brokerage (C&W) then in the Public Markets with Security Capital Industrial and Prologis. Later, in ventures with Goldman Sachs & Co (Whitehall Funds), Oakmont Industrial Group and Capital Markets with HFF. In 2017, he started Metrix Real Estate Services to begin developing and redeveloping industrial properties. He recently joined the advisory board and investment committee of BBX Logistics Properties in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Nachamkin lives in Princeton, New Jersey, married 40 years and has two grown children.

J.C. Renshaw leads Savills’ Supply Chain Consulting practice for North America and is based in Charleston, South Carolina. Renshaw works with clients across industries to address issues and opportunities within their supply chain ranging from network strategy and optimization to inside-the-box layout, flow, and operational efficiency, as well as capability maturity and performance opportunities. Stephanie is the national director of industrial services for the U.S. at Colliers, spearheading the growth of the industrial business by fostering new client relationships and expanding existing ones. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, she provides leadership in thought, research, and marketing, driving success in acquisitions, lease transactions, and asset management. As executive managing director of Colliers Florida, Rodriguez oversees all operational aspects, focusing on financial management, talent development, and generating new business. She leads a team of brokers and support staff, offering expert advice on various asset types, including retail, office, medical, industrial, land, and multifamily properties.

Itay Ron serves as the senior vice president of Northeast Markets (DC, MD, VA, DE, PA, NJ, NY) at Faropoint, a private equity firm that focuses on last-mile industrial real estate. He oversees a team of 15 real estate professionals, covering acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and construction management. Ron joined the company as the first employee in the region and in the past five years grew the operation to more than $1 billion gross asset value across more than 100 assets.

Stefan Sansone joined Bridge Industrial in March 2022 to launch Bridge’s acquisition platform in the Northeast. Prior to joining Bridge, he worked at Seagis Property Group, focusing on acquisitions in the outer boroughs of New York City and Northern New Jersey. Sansone graduated from Lehigh University where he studied political science with a minor in real estate and was a four-year football player. He is originally from St. Louis, Missouri.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, Matt Schlindwein has been instrumental in delivering projects for some of the nation’s largest distributors. Schlindwein directs a team of highly skilled design engineers and construction professionals. He holds exceptional knowledge of local land use and environmental law that optimizes the development and construction of class A warehouse facilities, renovations and redevelopment projects. Schlindwein also serves as the vice president of public affairs on NAIOP New Jersey’s leadership board and received the chapter’s Rising Star Award in 2015.

As president of Solar Landscape, Mark Schottinger oversees the company's transactions (including leases, power purchase agreements, and financing), project development, regulatory matters, and public policy. Prior to joining Solar Landscape, Schottinger practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, D.C. He earned his law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia. Schottinger grew up in New Jersey with Solar Landscape’s founders and is passionate about bringing clean energy to low-income communities.

Dan Schuchinsky is a managing director on the investment team and a member of the Investment Committee at Jadian Capital. Prior to joining Jadian, Schuchinsky was a member of J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas Group where he led acquisitions efforts for alternative real estate asset classes nationally and was responsible for strategic direction and acquisitions across asset classes and risk profiles.

Jim specializes in the leasing, sales, and acquisition of commercial and industrial properties. In additional to traditional sale/lease transactions, clients also rely on his expertise and guidance on a range of complex consulting projects, including land development, financial analysis, portfolio management, and long-term strategic planning. Prior to joining Avison Young, Scott served as senior managing director at Colliers International. In additional to several million square feet of industrial leasing and sale transactions in the metro Philadelphia market, Scott successfully managed corporate sale, lease, and consulting projects that spanned more than a dozen states nationally and across four continents globally. He resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania, with his wife Shannon and two children.

Kimberly Smith has experience in the private and public sector working on environmental and construction materials testing through her time at Intertek-PSI. As a project manager, she is able to answer clients’ questions and provide them with competitive contracts and quick turnaround times as well as answer any questions they may have about the professional service industry. As a branch manager for PSI's new Plant City branch, she provided environmental, geotechnical and construction material testing services to all surrounding clients and community members. She currently represents Intertek-PSI on the national level, supporting clients through the company's over 100 offices across the United States. She is currently pursuing a master’s in construction management at Kennesaw State University.

Anne Strauss-Wieder is a nationally respected senior executive with over 40 years of public and private sector experience involving supply chains, industrial and economic development, resilience, and freight movement. She was the 2022 recipient of the Transportation Research Board’s (TRB) Thomas B. Deen Distinguished Lectureship. Strauss-Wieder is in leadership roles in several national professional organizations. She was an appointed member of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness and the U.S. Maritime Administration’s Marine Transportation System National Advisory Committee. She also teaches a graduate class on freight and public policy at Rutgers. Strauss-Wieder has a B.A. and M.A. in Regional Science from the University of Pennsylvania and was a 2010 Lead New Jersey Fellow.

Aquiles Suarez is the Senior Vice President for Government Affairs for NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, where he oversees the association’s advocacy efforts at the federal, state, and local level, and manages the association’s political action committee, NAIOP-PAC. Aquiles joined NAIOP in 2007 as the head of its government affairs office. Prior to joining NAIOP, he held a number of positions in the executive and legislative branches of government, serving on the White House Domestic Policy Council, senior counsel on the Financial Services Committee of the House of Representatives, and at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Aquiles received his law degree from Columbia University Law School, and his undergraduate degree in government from Georgetown University.

Shelah Wallace brings extensive commercial real estate experience to Nuveen Green Capital, and she is passionate about finding creative solutions to fund sustainability measures as a way to reduce carbon emissions in the built space, as well as aiding in structuring the optimal capital stack in order to get a project across the finish line. As the leader of one of NGC’s top producing originations teams, Wallace oversaw Pennsylvania’s first C-PACE financed multifamily deal, followed by the largest C-PACE financed deal in in the state. She is also responsible for closing the second largest C-PACE project in the state, which consisted of financing $30 million towards the ground-up construction of 2201 Allegheny, a Freezpak cold storage facility.

Matthew Wassel is a principal at Saxum Real Estate, overseeing the firm’s leasing platform across assets classes, with a particular focus on cold storage. He is instrumental in developing investment strategies and managing project execution, risk mitigation and asset management functions throughout the deal process. Prior to joining Saxum, Wassel was a key member on a market-leading leasing team at CBRE, where he advised institutional landlords and corporate occupiers across their portfolios. In his career, he has transacted over 10 million square feet of leases ranging across various asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and mixed-use.

Turner Wishart is a partner at OnPace Partners and co-leads the firm’s food-related brokerage services. He is a seasoned expert in cold storage real estate, specializing in strategic, long-term advice for occupiers, landlords, and investors in the food industry. Prior to OnPace, Wisehart spent 13 years with Colliers International’s Food Advisory Services platform. He resides in Atlanta, but helps clients across the U.S.
